Processing time

All custom orders are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Larger or bulk orders may take longer — you’ll be given an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed.

Payments

50% deposit is required to confirm the order. Payment can be made via e-transfer or another agreed-upon method.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer local pickup in Maple Ridge, BC, or local delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, misprint, or damage), please reach out within 48 hours of receiving it so we can make it right.

Design Approval

All designs must be approved by you before printing. We’ll send a digital mock-up for confirmation. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

Customer Responsibility

Please double-check all spelling, sizes, and design details before approving your order. Unlimited Luck is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
